Finally, A Finished Report

So, I'm published, but now shy about it. It is a crochet pattern, and the picture of me looks like a zombie. I have no eyes! I suppose it is partly my fault - I didn't totally understand what sort of picture to submit and sent a bunch. The one chosen has me modeling the lace scarf, and I don't have eyes - just dark holes.

The other pictures are mostly just the item floating on the white page. A white scarf on a white page doesn't work, so I put it on different backgrounds, but my eyes didn't have to go!

This is the finished Dacapo! Nearly a year and a half ago, maybe longer actually, I started this sweater. I used Harrisville Shetland weight for this one, in oatmeal, charcoal, and a dark variegated green (evergreen or cypress maybe). This is the medium size, and fits like a tailored jacket.

I had trouble a few times with the pattern, but it was mostly because I didn't read far enough ahead or think out what it really wanted me to do.
